Bookstore Movers is a unique and customer-focused moving business in Washington, DC. Matt Wixon began the company in 2005 because he loved Capitol Hill Books and hoped to one day be able to buy the store (a dream he fulfilled in July 2018). This crew expertly handles residential and commercial jobs. But they are also ready to help with everything from packing to pod loading and/or unloading, from studio apartments to full-service 6+ bedroom moves. Even though the business has grown, this team still believes in upholding the values of a small business. That's why they handle everything like it's a conversation between friends and family.
