FasTrac Moving
"A huge thanks to Steven and all the guys at fasTrac moving from the beginning to the End they made me feel like family . I lived on the 6th floor and the elevator was tiny these guys carried everything down the stairs and not one complaint at all they actually all seemed happy to do so. I was worried that I was gonna get hit with a bunch of extra charges for the big items but the price which was already very very reasonable stayed the same which really helped me out since I'm a single father of 2 kids and as far as helping others and being loyal to the community I can vouch as his guys helped some random people carry a huge couch up 4 flights of stairs without thinking about it . I will definitely use FasTrac again. Thanks to Steven and his crew I appreciate you."

Tate The Great Moving
"I honestly don’t even know where to start. The manager from Tate The Great Moving Company came by today to drop off a piece of glass from my outdoor table that was left on their moving truck. While here, he said he wanted to further discuss what happened during my move yesterday. During our conversation, he brought up my previous review and essentially tried to bargain with me to take it down. I told him that if anything, the company should consider refunding part of our payment due to how unprofessional and unpleasant the experience was. He said he’d have to speak with the owner, and while he did apologize numerous times for how the move went — including confirming that one of the movers actually pooped in my toilet — the entire situation was still unacceptable.
He even said he could tell I “had sense and wasn’t dumb,” which was unnecessary and condescending.
Shortly after, the owner, Thomas Crawford, called to apologize as well. I calmly went down the list of everything that happened — the bathroom incident, the excessive amount of time it took, the movers disappearing for nearly two hours — and simply asked for a partial refund or at least for the final charge to reflect the 4.5 hours the job should’ve taken instead of the 5 full hours I was billed for. Rather than taking accountability, he became combative and defensive. I told him that this was the same behavior I experienced with his manager Derek — arguing and going back and forth before eventually apologizing and asking for continued business.
When I used the slang “chy” during our call, he took offense and said, “please don’t call me a child,” as if I was being disrespectful, when that was not the case at all.
Overall, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from start to finish. The movers took far too long, disappeared for extended periods, and even left my home in an unsanitary condition. The follow-up from management and ownership only made things worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Tate The Great Moving Company — what should’ve been a simple move turned into an 8-hour nightmare."

Sabillon Brothers Moving & Storage
"STAY AWAY FROM STARLINE VAN LINES, SABILLON BROTHERS, AND GOOD MOVE USA!!! I received a quote to move from Texas to Michigan from Starline Van Lines for $4500. I specifically asked where the hidden fees would be. I was reassured that if my inventory doesn’t change my quote won’t change. I paid the 50% deposit. A few days later I was checking the inventory list and saw a “cubic feet” fee. I knew 750 cubic feet was not enough. I tried for 2 weeks to get this corrected, but kept being told someone would call me. Four days before my move someone finally called. I explained the situation about the cubic feet, so I was on the phone for 2 hours measuring all my furniture and boxes. My quote now went from $4500 to $7500. I had 4 days to move so we agreed and paid more on the deposit. The movers were supposed to be there on a Sunday, but Friday night at 8pm we were told they would be there Saturday morning at 8am. A 12 hour notice. The movers, Sabillon, showed up and said the quote was completely wrong and we now have to pay $11,000. We had NO options. The moving company (Sabillon Brothers/Good Move USA) did give us a discount so we paid $9,000. We did store our stuff for 4 months and that went from $400/month to $850/month. We called and texted on 7/14 to get our stuff delivered and we were told we didn’t pay our storage fees. I have proof but it took them 30 minutes to figure that out. We were then told our stuff would be delivered on 7/21. On 7/21 we were told there was an issue with the truck and there was no delivery date. On 7/30 we were told the truck was heading our way. On 8/3 we were told our stuff would be here between the 12th to the 15th. On the 15th I asked what time they would be here and found out they would be here on the 16th. The truck pulled up and had us pay the remaining move balance before they would even unload our stuff. When everything was unloaded my husband asked where the rest of our stuff was and was told on another truck because it didn’t all fit. So, we paid in full now but still didn’t have all our stuff. The other truck was supposed to be there within 4 days. Two weeks later the second truck arrived but we are still missing a 55” TV, a roomba, and a miter saw. I asked the moving company how to file a claim for the items with no response. I followed the contract to file a claim through CSI. CSI denied our claim because the moving company, Sabillon, is no longer registered with them. In the end we are still missing our items and no one is willing to help. To find out Starline Van Lines is just a broker who sold our contract to a moving company called Sabillon Brothers, but we made our payments to Good Move USA. This has been a horrible experience!!!! Finest Fellas Moving and Storage
"You Can’t Find a More Crooked Moving Company If You Tried Do not hire this company for your move. They are not who they say they are and are the biggest scammers in the industry. I hired Finest Fellas Moving Company for my recent move. I worked with Chase who gave me a lowball estimate on the weight to get my business. He figured that I would need 75 boxes, and my weight would be 7,000 pounds after a live video call where I showed him the contents of my entire home, including all closets. They love to brag how they’re family owned and NOT brokers. This is a lie. After paying a non-refundable deposit I learned that they brokered my move to some fly-by-night crew. When they arrived on moving day I was informed that I had over 100 boxes, and not the 75 that the estimate listed. I told him that Chase came up with that number, not me. I had actually donated a lot of items to Goodwill after the estimate and designated many items to take down in my full size pickup truck. The fly-by-night crew told me that my move would be 9,000 lbs and wanted to charge me over $500 for “packing materials”. This included plastic wrap for furniture and boxes for glass shelves. I was never told there would be extra charges for this. The fly-by-night crew said it was Finest Fellas policy. When I called them, they said it was the brokered moving company’s policy. I was forced to sign a new agreement for almost $2,500 more than I originally signed. I had no choice, new tenants were moving in a few days later. After the move I complained to Finest Fellas about the up charges for the packing materials and weight. After some back and forth they agreed to refund me $500. I didn’t feel this was enough money, but I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore and to put this ugly ordeal behind. They would not refund my money unless I signed an agreement that I would not leave any negative reviews on social media. The agreement stated it could take up to 30 days to refund the money. After almost 45 days I contacted the company about my refund. I was told someone would get back to me. That never happened. I was given the run-around on subsequent calls. I was also given an email address to write to, but multiple emails went unanswered. DO NOT HIRE FINEST FELLAS FOR YOUR MOVE! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! "
