About This Company

Atelier Fine Art Services stands as Philadelphia's premier specialist in fine art logistics, operating from their strategic location in the city's Brewerytown district since 1986. This second-generation, independently-owned company has grown from founder Hal Jones's single-truck operation into a comprehensive fine art powerhouse with over 125 skilled professionals across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York locations. What sets Atelier apart from regular moving companies is their exclusive focus on priceless artwork and antiquities, serving major museums, cultural institutions, and elite private collectors worldwide. Their team includes specialized art handlers, registrars, and technicians who understand museum-quality standards for packing, transportation, and installation. The company operates massive climate-controlled storage facilities, custom fabrication shops for protective crating, and a fleet of specialized vehicles designed specifically for art transport. From handling monumental sculptures requiring heavy machinery to delicately moving fragile antiquities, Atelier's expertise extends to complex exhibition installations and collection management throughout the greater Philadelphia region and internationally.
