About This Company

For over a hundred years, Day & Meyer has earned trust in the moving and storage industry through genuine dedication to their customers. What sets them apart is how they treat employees like family members, creating a workplace where people naturally want to deliver careful, courteous service. The company developed something called the Portovault system - basically steel containers that trucks can transport directly to warehouse racks, which means less handling of people's belongings and more control for the owners. Day & Meyer keeps things straightforward by offering clear services: they handle warehouse work, provide van transportation, and take care of storage needs. Clients benefit from a private web gallery system that allows them to log in and view photographs corresponding to their inventory numbers provided on warehouse receipts. Day & Meyer's philosophy centers on treating valuable possessions with the utmost care, recognizing that if something holds value for their clients, it deserves safe and secure handling throughout the entire moving and storage process.
