Long Distance Move from Arizona to Calif Rnia

"Not great at all. They were nice and polite but the move itself was a disaster. Lots of damage, to the point that the value of the move (cost of moving compared to amount of damage) became a big waste of time. They offered extra insurance when they came for initial visit but didn’t bring it up for a quote on moving day as promised. Standard insurance was worthless. When I questioned why they wouldn’t cover the damage due to bad packing they went silent. Nope never again. Beware - they are good when it’s easy but bad when it’s hard to do the right thing."

Local Move from Phoenix to AZ

"Really awful experience with this company. We hired them for our nanny and they took nearly 5 hours (almost double the quote) to move a pre-packed 800sq/ft studio apartment. When we contacted management to tell them the crew was taking 30 minutes per trip to the truck the crew then confronted my nanny (who was alone) about "getting them in trouble" and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. They said it was because the elevator was taking too long. I had to explain the existence of stairs. They left for the destination at the same time and arrived an hour after she did.

Since whoever monitors their reviews seems to like posting that bad reviews are fake I am more than happy to provide receipts, text logs, and photos of the crew taking multiple smoke breaks to anyone who doubts the veracity of this statement."

Local Move from Chandler to Scottsdale

"On 5/5/2026, Zack’s team, Terence and TJ moved my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The crew was professional yet, there were some damages to my sofa.I did not report due to the fact that I understand that things happen when moving furniture, however, my daughter and I have been getting bit by bed bugs for weeks.I have taken photos of the bites on my arms and will share a photo. When I contacted Zack, he says, so what do you want me to do about it? Bed bugs can come from anywhere, however, I have not allowed anyone in my home and I did not have them prior to choosing this company.I paid $100 in tips to the guys plus the fee with Zack which included a $150 truck fee.He informed me the team power washes this once a week, however, this should be done daily as I should not have to worry about these things or financially eat the cost.This company is not professional. An apology goes a long way and helping split the cost is also important too. I have a $4,000 Sleep Number mattress."
