"Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating. The actual movers themselves were very nice and respectful. Our issues were primarily with the scheduling, communication, billing, and how the situation was handled by Erika, who is also an owner.

Erika scheduled our move for the wrong day and then disputed what had originally been agreed upon. I have the text messages showing the date and hours that were discussed, so there is written documentation of those conversations. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling issue, she repeatedly changed details, talked over me, blamed me for the confusion, and at one point threatened to have the movers stop working before eventually hanging up on me.

Because of the scheduling error, our move had to be rescheduled for the following day. Even on the rescheduled day, the movers arrived approximately an hour late. While the movers themselves were nice, the overall experience had already been made much more difficult by the scheduling mistak"
