We had an emergency the day before our scheduled move, which caused unexpected delays and a very stressful situation. The owner of Pinky’s was compassionate and did everything he could to make sure our move would still be successful. His willingness to work with us made a difficult time much easier.
The moving crew of 4 was outstanding. They worked through a light rain without complaint and took exceptional care of our belongings. I appreciated how thoroughly they wrapped and protected our TVs, as well as larger pieces of furniture like our hutch and bookcase with glass doors. It was clear they treated our possessions as if they were their own.
From start to finish, everyone at Pinky’s was customer-oriented. I got the sense that the owner and every member of the crew would do whatever it took to ensure we were completely satisfied."
