"We are writing to review Henry Movers and two of your movers, Joe and Matt. The whole experience was an outstanding move from a rental to our new home. As background, my wife called yesterday in the morning hoping to find a company that would move us from our rental as we were scheduled to vacate the house the same day. Rebecca answered the phone and she demonstrated professionalism and more importantly, understood our predicament. We had scheduled the moving job with another company that did not follow through as requested. Rebecca helped us and in no time she told us not to worry because we would be moved by the your company the same day of the request. Needless to say, she took a load of stress from us. Regarding the movers Joe and Matt, we were highly satisfied with both of them. They both possess a professional attitude and qualities that showed excellent customer service. We truly appreciated their punctuality, reliability, and communication. Both showed an interest and provided efforts in protecting our belongings during the move. In addition, they used the appropriate tools for the job such as a dollies, blankets, and boxes. In addition, one aspect that we considered vital is that my wife being immunocompromised requires that outsiders wear non-slip booties in the house. We explained to them that our booties were the same used in hospitals and safe to wear in any type of floor. We also said that they could discard the booties any time they needed a new clean pair. Not only did they have a professional attitude towards our request, but understood my wife’s health issues, and the fact that we wanted to protect our floor and maintain it clean. They kindly told us that they would bring the pieces to the entryway and then put on booties and distribute accordingly. The manner in which they approached the situation was totally efficient.
