"HORROBLE/DISHONEST! Overcharged $2000 only to have almost every piece of furniture damaged, including vintage heirlooms, 1 framed artwork missing, 4th wheel of bed frame missing, new mattress torn from being dragged. Tried 3xs to give her someone else’s belongings. Arrived 8pm, then used the late hr to repeatedly try to pressure my daughter into signing inflated estimate w/o reading before they would load truck and did not even present the full contract or leave copy w/terms, including list of inventory w/made up items. Driver mispresented insurance liability information, Even smoked pot on her back porch! Wouldn’t call back to arrange delivery and didn’t give list of inventory to sign off on damage to new driver that broker arranged. After we filed a complaint w/DOT, the broker got them to honor a $324 AARP discount, but IQ has completely refused any/all other form of communicate, including to participate in the Attorney General’s mediation program. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate. CROOKS!"
