Local Move from Glen Burnie, MD to Baltimore, MD
"Showed up 3 hours late and missing a mover.Repeatedly had to ask them to stop standing around or carry more than one small thing at a time, even sent pictures of them sitting and talking to the manager. Dropped my 85 inch tv. Damaged walls to my brand new build home and fresh paint job. Didnt finish the job they were contracted to do, but took them double the amount of time so my $867 became a $1800 move. Demanded I pay the full amount before they unloaded my things, manager said I could file a claim for damage and did not address the concerns. . Lost the hardware to my desk and bed, so they couldnt put it together but I couldnt use either for a while I waited for the new hardwsare I had to purhase. Tried to work with them afterwards but they ignored my emails, calls and texts. Their claim department reached out directly, but needed part numbers and info I didnt have to to the nature of the damage (part number to a wall?). Then the claim company termed their contract with Pauly's. "
