About This Company

Piano Forte in Pittsburgh and Ambridge, PA, is the company for all your piano-related needs. It's so good it's been in business since 1977 and is still going strong. Many celebrities have recognized its outstanding work. Its owner, Tom Budjanec, has restored pianos for Henry Mancini and George Gershwin. He has also tuned touring pianos for Chuck Berry, Michael Bolton, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Wayne Newton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimmy Buffet, and Smokey Robinson. If Tom was good enough to work for them, odds are he would do a spectacular job with your instrument. Though grand and player pianos are Tom's specialties, he knows a lot and can service any piano. He and his team have been tuning, restoring, and moving these instruments for over forty years. Each one of these tasks requires a keen eye and careful hands, but relocation brings its unique set of concerns. Pianos are heavy, delicate items, and anything from temperature to humidity can affect their performance. That's why you must hire professionals to do the job when moving one of these objects. Who would be more apt for the task than a famously renowned tuner? Tom and his team would be honored to take your business.
