About This Company

From their Las Vegas base, US Safe Moving presents itself as a family-operated business claiming 15 years of moving industry experience, yet the company has generated significant controversy in Sin City's competitive relocation market. They position themselves as a dedicated team that treats customer belongings "like your life" and emphasizes their responsibility to deliver items safely to destinations. The company services pickups in the western region with nationwide delivery capabilities, offering specialized packing for valuable items including pianos, china cabinets, and antique furniture. However, what distinguishes US Safe Moving from competitors is unfortunately their problematic reputation - numerous BBB complaints reveal issues with price changes, damaged belongings, missing items, and poor customer service, with customers reporting charges tripling from original quotes. While many Las Vegas moving companies maintain positive community standings, US Safe Moving operates under significant scrutiny, making them a cautionary example in Nevada's moving industry where trust and reliability are paramount for success.
