Loadrans

"This company was chosen for me by a brokerage company Safe Travels Moving and Storage. After the brokerage company got 2000 in deposit and gave me an estimate based on my final count of items; the drivers took a VIDEO of my boxes and furniture which was sent to Load Rans. Literally upcharged me another 1400 split between pick up and delivery…on the spot take it or leave it, I had a flight to catch in 2 days. This was a coast to coast move…I had to pay, it felt like I was being strong armed! They are paid with a cashiers check that some 3 weeks later I’m told was destroyed in an attempt to put it in an ATM. I find this out by calling to inquire about my load, it hasn’t arrived. I’m now dealing with trying to repay them for pick up which was their fault; I find out after now 6 weeks later that my load is in their warehouse in KENT, WASHINGTON.
Literally holding my load as ransom, I did everything that was asked yet, I’m punished for their actions! Run away from this company!"
