"An incredibly untrustworthy company that conducts itself wrongfully. My experience with Rushmore Van Lines was nothing but negative as I’ve experienced some combination of fraud, theft, or negligence from their operation. It is advised not to hire them, but if you do please understand the risks outlined below.
Upon delivery 8 out of 11 pieces of furniture came damaged. Scratched wood, broken cabinet legs, missing parts, shattered glass. Worst of all however was 3 entire boxes never arrived. They simply vanished, as after repeated calls to the carrier they claim they can’t find them anywhere. They claim they checked the trucks, the warehouse, even other customers to ensure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address. And yet as of this writing it has been over 2 months and my possessions have simply vanished. So despite being paid in full the job was never completed, my possessions disappeared, and Rushmore shows no concern for their negligence in the handling of my items."
