"My experience with this company raised multiple concerns that consumers should be aware of. The pricing I was quoted initially was not honored, and key terms changed after I had already committed. These changes were not clearly disclosed, and attempts to get straightforward explanations were met with inconsistent or incomplete communication.

Because of the lack of transparency and shifting information, I requested a refund. Securing that refund required several steps on my part, including documenting the discrepancies, repeatedly following up, and escalating the issue when communication stalled. It took far more effort than should be required for a simple cancellation.

Although the refund was eventually issued, the process was unnecessarily difficult and time‑consuming. I am submitting this review to help other consumers make informed decisions and to encourage the company to improve its accuracy in quoting, transparency in terms, and responsiveness when concerns are raised."
