Leaders Moving & Storage
US DOT: 1237577
In 1994, founders Craig Crotinger and Steve English started Leaders Moving & Storage Co. with just a pickup truck and big dreams. Their first office was simply their apartment, and they would change clothes in their truck between jobs. Those early days taught them valuable lessons during their first 500 moves—experiences that would build the foundation for their business approach. Today, this Columbus-based company has grown remarkably, with four locations across the Midwest. Their impressive fleet now includes over 40 specialized moving trucks with features like translucent roofs, gentle suspension systems, and convenient loading ramps—all designed to make moves smoother and faster. They've also established four modern storage facilities to offer clients complete moving and storage solutions. What makes Leaders stand out from other moving companies is their straightforward pricing policy. Instead of giving estimates that often change, they offer guaranteed exact prices upfront—meaning no surprise fees when the bill arrives. They also invest heavily in their team's training, with most movers having handled over 1,000 relocations and many exceeding 3,000 moves. The company's growth from a single truck to completing more than 180,000 successful moves shows their dedication to honest service and exceptional quality. Every customer works with a dedicated move coordinator who manages all aspects of their relocation, providing the same careful attention that defined the company's earliest days. As Leaders Moving & Storage continues to raise industry standards throughout the Midwest, they stay true to their original mission: helping families and businesses start their next chapter with confidence and peace of mind.
